Description

Two boulevards - Fossé des Cordeliers and Fossé du Capitani - mark the site of the old 12C and 13C ramparts. A few gates and towers, including the Tour de Tournemire, are reminders that the town was once fortified with a double surrounding wall. The second wall encompassed the town's suburbs.
