Description

Home to a pagoda, Buddhist temple and exotic species of tree, this Japanese-inspired garden extends an invitation to visitors to bask in its tranquil and serene atmosphere. Laid out between 1899 and 1910, this 28ha-park is designed to change with the seasons and is intended to exemplify the symbolism of our journey through life and the evolution of living creatures, from sunrise to sunset and from birth to death.
