This science and natural history museum houses dinosaur skeletons and small-scale model trams, all thrown together in cheerful disarray. Don't miss the Forest Gallery, a tropical forest recreated outside. The Science & Life Gallery has a room with stuffed animals and, just as fine (but perhaps more terrifying) collection of living spiders. Arachnophobes will give it a wide berth and enjoy instead the serenity of the Bunjilaka Aboriginal Cultural Centre, where you can admire a collection of Aboriginal shields.
