The rich art collection of the banking group Intesa SanPaolo, dedicated to Italian art of the 19C-20C, is exhibited inside magnificent palazzi. The historical building of the Banca Commerciale Italiana (1911) is devoted to the great figures of 20C Italian art. It is worth seeing for the halls and old bank counters alone. The stunning neo-Classical Palazzo Anguissola presents magnificent bas-reliefs by Canova and 19C artworks.
