Description

Montreal's Botanical Gardens, one of the most beautiful in the world, was created in 1931 by Brother Marie-Victorin (1885-1944). The site encompasses a massive 75 ha/183 acres. Its theme gardens and greenhouses are home to over 22,000 species from all over the world, including some 10,000 trees, 1,500 orchids and a rich bonsai collection.
