This completely restored maison à pondalez is one of the few that have been preserved in the town. Alternatively known as maisons à lanterne (15C and 16C), they are exclusive to Morlaix and features a large central space, a blind courtyard with a well and fireplace, rising up to at least three storeys, with an oak spiral staircase decorated with a carved corner post and galleries (or "ponts d'allée") leading to the different floors. Take a look at the artwork at the Musée de Morlaix.
