Description

This contemporary Norwegian and international private art collection is established in a bold, modern complex designed by Renzo Piano with metal and glass rooftops which swoop down to the water's edge of Oslofjord. The temporary exhibition rooms, the layout of which can be changed as required, have hosted displays of work by Cindy Sherman, Jeff Koons and Damien Hirst. The north building rotates its permanent collection of 1 500 works, featuring artists such as Bacon, Murakami, Kuuns, Barney, Liu Wei and Einarsson.
