Useful information

Description

Founded around 1220, it is the last medieval hall. Although the oldest remaining parts only date back to the mid 17 C, St Edmund Hall has retained its small dimensions, and its very English charm. St Peter's Church, to the east, is today the college library, but the crypt, dating from c.1150, is open to the public.
