Useful information

Description

In 1545, the four-masted Mary Rose, the warship commanded by the vice-admiral of the English fleet, sank during a naval battle with the French. In an exceptional display laid out in a 1 700m2 exhibition space, visitors can see not only what remains of the hull, raised in 1982, but also a large number of the objects recovered. An excellent way to get a good insight into maritime life at the time.
