Description

This palace was designed by Jean-Baptiste Mathey in about 1632 and remodelled in 1719 by Frantisek Maximilián Kanka. During the Austria era, Prague was important enough to have its own French consulate, housed in this palace. Since 1919 it has been occupied by the French Embassy.
