Description
This majestic edifice is the finest example of Second Empire architecture in Quebec City. Housing the parliament, the building forms a quadrangle surrounding an inner courtyard; its imposing façade presents a historic tableau featuring bronze figures that commemorate the great names of Quebec history. The parliamentary chambers are located on the first floor; you'll find commemorative monuments to notable Québecois strewn throughout the outdoor gardens.
