Description

In the fourth chapel to the left of the nave, this church houses Bernini's statue of the Blessed Ludovica Albertoni, whose tomb lies under the altar. In the first chapel on the left, the Birth of the Virgin is a masterpiece by Simon Vouet painted during his Caravaggio-influenced period. Behind the railings, the funerary chapel of Giorgio De Chirico can be seen on both sides of the altar.
