Useful information

Description

The sight of a small obelisk on a baby elephant's back in Piazza della Minerva may be a little disconcerting. The former is Egyptian and dates from the 6C BC (it was part of the Campus Martius Isis Temple) and the latter, in marble, was by Bernini in the 17C.
