Description

The castle was built on the orders of Roger de Hauteville on the site where a fortress had stood. It has two square towers and a tall, round tower. Nearby are the ruins of the main church, which was razed to the ground by the earthquake of 1968. The site is currently serving as a stage for shows and concerts.
