Description

This museum houses the largest collection in the world of paintings, pastels, watercolours and sculptures by famed artist Georgia O'Keeffe (1887-1986). In 1929, O'Keeffe spent the summer in north New Mexico and every summer came back to this region, where, she maintained, the colours were different, and where she found a constant source of inspiration, painting the desert, chapels, doors and flowers. A film charts the life of this forerunner of American Modernism.
