Description

King of Naples and Sicily, Count of Provence, Duke of Anjou and Lorraine, René was also the Duke of Bar. This Gothic 14C house became one of his properties in 1428. The "Maison du Roi" is a beautiful example of civil Gothic architecture, which is unique in the Duchy of Lorraine, thanks to its elevation and its symmetrical gemelled windows.
