Description

Piton Maïdo peaks at 2 190m. Standing before you is the untamed Cirque de Mafate, dominated by the Piton des Neiges and Gros Morne - a breathtaking sight! On the Maïdo road (RF 8) you go past the Domaine de la Petite France and its geranium plantations, the essential oils of which are still distilled. Stop off at the Relais du Maïdo, which offers a variety of activities.
