Listed on the Ramsar Convention inventory, Suncheon Bay is a wetland preserved as closely as possible to its original state as a coastal estuary ecosystem. Eco-tourism activities revolve around spotting migratory birds that find refuge in this coastal wetland and its magnificent fields of golden reeds (54km2), which can be partly crossed by following a splendid path. The superb panorama will depend on the seasons but will be unforgettable in any case.
