Situated in the heart of Tarbes, this beautiful park is home to lush vegetation and a profusion of different flowers, as well as ducks and peacocks. Designed by Placide Massey (1777-1853), a talented naturalist and landscape gardener, the park also houses the partially rebuilt Gothic cloister of Saint-Sever-de-Rustan.
