Description

The construction of the Church of San Mateo Apóstol, in Late Gothic style, dates back to the early 16C. Inside, the proportions are impressive; the central nave has a ribbed vault and the side aisles have cross vaults. Note the small Visigothic tombstone at the entrance to the Chapel del Sagrario.
