Description

A staircase climbs up the rock to the opening of this cave on the outskirts of Thakhek. On the left side, beneath attractive limestone concretions, a natural platform provides the setting for a Buddhist altar. As you descend the rocky debris in the main room, you will reach the beginning of a delightful small lake (no swimming permitted) illuminated by a ray of sunshine piercing the wall, endowing the setting with an unworldly ambience.
