Description
This fine museum houses diverse collections covering the main international art movements, ranging in chronological order from the Baroque to late 20C design; it includes a noteworthy section on Arts and Crafts, the English Art Nouveau movement embodied by William Morris. A superb collection of twenty Hannah Ryggen tapestries, glassware, works by Benny Motzfeldt and a Japanese collection.
