Description

Situated in the Parco Naturale Adamello-Brenta in the Brenta mountains, this secluded lake fringed by wooded slopes takes on a reddish tinge during long heatwaves due to the presence of microscopic algae. A road leads to a small visitor centre and, on the other side of the lake, the Rislà waterfall, where you'll find two inns and a bar on the lakeshore - a good place for a picnic.
