Description

Beaumont House is remarkable on account of its architectural splendour. Built in the 18C, it features a handsome 50m-long stone façade. Inside, the monumental staircase with three straight flights of steps is the only one of its kind in France in terms of its horizontal "gangway" flung over the void; it leads to the richly furnished and ornately decorated rooms. Formal French and rose gardens add a final touch to this remarkable estate.
