Useful information

Description

The museum is housed in a 19C Neo-Classical building, whose interior has been restored. The first floor exhibits regularly changing works drawn from the permanent holdings (prints, drawings and paintings). Two rooms are devoted to the work of Expressionist artist Oskar-Kokoschka. One of the highlights are the paintings and works on paper from the Renaissance to the present day: Courbet, Balthus, Dürer, Picasso... Don't miss the rooms devoted to the National Centre of Drawing and the prints collection.
