Assaggio is all about taste! Chef Ugo Alciati (of Guido Ristorante, in Piedmont) devised the menu for this elegant restaurant in the Hôtel Castille. As expected, Northern Italy takes pride of place in the dishes – house-made agnolotti, risotto minute... The pastas are quite something: the spaghettone with lobster, lemon zest, confit tomatoes and trout roe is absolutely delicious. Tables are laid out in the delightful interior patio adorned with a fountain and frescoes.
