On the ground floor of Tomoyuki Yoshinaga's MICHELIN-starred restaurant, this bar with its futuristic decor and subdued lighting has a short menu of dishes devised to accompany the fine sake selection. Impeccable sashimi, generous maki, satsuma-age white fish quenelles with yuzu mayonnaise, as well as dishes featuring bluefin tuna (the chef's favourite fish), Wagyu beef… and matcha and fig panna cotta.
