The Michelin Guide's review
The third restaurant of the famous caviar-producing family is all about simplicity and good cheer, with its chic bistro atmosphere and open kitchen. The establishment makes a convincing case, courtesy of well-crafted dishes, some of which, as you would expect, feature the house flagship ingredient: potato smoked in beech wood, seaweed butter, Isigny cream and caviar; chocolate mousse, yuzu cream, chocolate sorbet and a frothy three seaweed concoction. Do save room for the intriguing sweet-toothed gourmet treats at the end of the meal. The set lunch menu is a steal.
