Michelin Guide
Modern Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
In an upscale neighbourhood, this restaurant on a corner charms with its bright dining room with contemporary lines, white concrete cladding and pair of majestic Murano chandeliers. Breton chef Camille Saint-M'Leux (formerly of Villa9Trois) named his venture after his grandparents' sailboat. The cuisine follows the tides and seasons: coco de Paimpol beans, herring broth, seaweed jam, spider crab and pollock from Roscoff fish market. Graphic plating of dishes in which fish and seafood and vegetables have equal billing.
