The Michelin Guide's review
The Royal Scots Regiment is the oldest regiment of the British Army. Raised on 28 March 1633, the unit initially served King Louis XIII in France, where it earned the nickname of Pontius Pilate's bodyguard. It was finally recalled to Great Britain in 1676. The exhibition halls chart the regiment's history: Corunna, Waterloo, Alma, Sebastopol, and the Marne... The medal section is impressive.
