All the rooms have been carefully and thoughtfully designed, aimed at giving you a wonderful stay. We have taken care of every detail - fine Egyptian cotton bed linen with sumptuous pillows and duvets and blackout blinds - all to ensure you have a peaceful night sleep. The house boasts a brand new fully-equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar for casual dining. The cupboards are full of everything you might need from pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and dinner ware. Appliances include: electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing-machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. Everything you need for a home from home experience. We provide fluffy towels, iron and hair dryer. Please help yourself to the complimentary snacks laid out for you in the kitchen, Ironing board, tea, coffee, white and brown sugar and condiments are provided. In the lounge you'll find a huge 65 inch Ultra HD smart television for you to enjoy, and fast WiFi is provided. A short 5 minute drives (or 15 minute walk) takes you to a giant 24h Tesco superstore, and Gym. Your booking is for the entire property which can sleep up to 16 people in 4 bedrooms and in the lounge . Booking this house means you will have it all to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your reservation. The house is ideally located to serve as a base for anyone who is working in or around Birmingham or simply visiting the area, 25 minute drive to Birmingham International Airport, the NEC, Jaguar Land Rover and Resorts World. Birmingham City Centre is just 5 to 10 minute drive from the house where you'll find the amazing Bullring Shopping Centre, Brindley Place with beautiful bars and restaurants, Grand Central, Mailbox and the National Indoor Arena. There are a wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds, Warwick, Peak District and Drayton Manor Park, all easily accessed from the house. Guest access There is parking on the drive for 3 cars and there is also plenty of free street parking. Other things to note The front outside and backyard is monitored by a security camera 24/7 To ensure transparency and adherence to Airbnb rules the camera monitors how many guests arrive to the house. The only people allowed to stay and entar at the house are those booked on the reservation as we don't allow any visitors in the property . Extra people will be charged.
