This sumptuous setting is the backdrop for cuisine prepared by a new, young chef who offers just one tasting menu (3, 5 or 7 courses) featuring reinterpretations of traditional Serbian dishes such as cheese and tomatoes or Vojvodina sataraš, all carefully cooked, beautifully presented and full of flavour.
