The Michelin Guide's review
Hispania is smart and contemporary, but down to earth, like the Spanish cooking it honours. Marcos Morán of the Michelin star restaurant, Casa Gerardo, in Prendes, Spain, continues to roll out a varied menu that will enable you to sample tapas, traditional rice dishes, together with more modern creations.
