Description

A twin of the similarly named Ruris di Isola in Capo Rizzuto, Ruris Waves opened in summer 2023, setting up home in the small Palazzo Foti hotel on Crotone’s seafront where guests dine either on the small outdoor terrace with its sea views or in the classic-style dining room. The owner-chef takes his culinary inspiration from the sea, creating classic dishes alongside more imaginative options such as octopus parmigiana.
