Description
A famous chef meets a famous department store, as the world-renowned Björn Frantzén expands his brand to the top floors of Harrods. The restaurant is spread across an elegant dining room and enclosed rooftop terrace, complete with a DJ and a lively atmosphere. The cooking has a mixture of Nordic and Asian influences, typified by ‘Sweden vs Japan’ – a dish which combines Swedish beef brisket and Japanese Wagyu. The turbot with butter sauce, anchovy and caviar is worth looking out for too, and a top-notch wine list makes a welcome addition.
