Under the leadership of Arnaud Donckele, you can enjoy brasserie classics (tartar, oysters, soup gratinée des Halles, langoustines with mayonnaise) and slow-cooked dishes (blanquette). The terrace, with its view over the Seine and the Left Bank below, is an important detail.
