The Breton chef's great - grandfather was a master mariner in his day and now Baptiste Day is the captain of his own ship. After frequenting the kitchens of some restaurants with a great pedigree (L'Ambroisie, L'Arpège, and Astrance), he decided to open this pleasant bistro, where diners are treated to lovely market - inspired cooking that remains in touch with the zeitgeist.
