Cyril Lignac has reinvented this historic Parisian bistro, while preserving its distinctive Art Nouveau style. The menu has a strong penchant for fish and seafood, with Lignac's signature dishes (lobster roll, salt-crusted sea bass, tuna tartar, avocado, ponzu, wasabi, not forgetting the excellent millefeuille!). Delicious and well executed: a pleasure.
