Description
A two-in-one establishment for twice the pleasure: the wine cellar with a focus on biodynamic wines and just a few metres away, the epitome of a Parisian neighbourhood hangout (friendly, casual, noisy) – the scene of Simone is set! The food is up-to-the-minute, locally sourced, healthy and flavoursome (enticing seasonal à la carte menu and eater-friendly priced set lunchtime menu). An example - a new take on traditional beef stew featuring shredded beef and cabbage coated in a gutsy vegetable sauce made with fermented carrots and ginger. It is possible to book a private room that seats a maximum of eight.
