After a stint at Lasserre, a temple of classical French cuisine, Jean-Louis Nomicos opened this restaurant that bears his name. The contemporary interior provides the perfect foil to his culinary score, which features subtle dishes, whose Mediterranean accents are a passing nod to his Provençal roots and meticulous craftsmanship. It would be a crime to leave without tasting his signature dish: macaroni with black truffles and duck foie gras!
