Description
Found in the heart of town, this lovely little restaurant was founded thanks to a kickstarter campaign. The team might look laid-back but they know their stuff and each creative dish is served with a full explanation of its make-up. The clean, unfussy style belies the work involved in their preparation; tuck in and you’ll discover a range of flavours and textures, often including playful combinations like sweetbreads with cauliflower and coconut. Interesting wines from around the globe accompany, including some English bottles.
