Description

This isolated and windswept archipelago of Quebec lies in the middle of the Gulf of St. Lawrence and anyone who lands on one of its fifteen islands is immediately struck by its atmosphere. From the red sandstone cliffs, dunes and long unspoiled beaches, to the green hillsides and lagoons that reflect the blue sky, a maritime climate tempers the winter cold and refreshes the summer heat, when the water can reach 17°C. The Madeleine Islands offer no end of outdoor activities.
