Useful information

Description

Riddled with caves, the enormous black basaltic cliff looms dramatically above Belfast and Belfast Lough; its craggy silhouette against the skyline has earned the landmark its nickname of "Napoleon's Nose". The site offers pleasant walks and hikes on paths climbing to the top of the hill, which commands a fine view of Belfast, the sea, the Sperrins and the Mourne Mountains.
