Description

The last skyscraper built at the time of the Great Depression was erected in 1934 by the heirs of Marshall Field on plans by the firm Graham, Anderson, Probst & White. The building stands on the site formerly occupied by William Le Baron Jenney's Home Insurance Building (1884). Step inside this imposing Art Deco structure to admire the beautiful lobby decorated with fluted ceiling lights.
