Description
This 19C mansion provides the setting for a museum devoted to Far Eastern arts. The permanent collections chart the development of the art of ceramics in Imperial China from the 7C to the start of the 20C (celadon, stoneware, porcelain, etc.), as well as decorative arts from ancient Japan (lacquer, porcelain, etc.).
