Description

You can't miss it: this 760-foot-high natural landmark is a dominating feature in Oahu. Now a state monument, Diamond Head is located at the southern end of Waikiki Beach. The volcanic tuff cone and crater, once the site of an ancient Hawaiian temple, has been extinct for more than 150,000 years.
