This community centre, the entrance of which is adorned with a dancer and a giant drum, exhibits displays about life in the wilds. It spans the three regions of the Nunavut territory and the life of the Inuit; you will have the opportunity to talk with local inhabitants who gather here. It also houses the Nunavut Tourism Office, which can provide a list of activities available to visitors in town. The Iqaluit Centennial Library, on the site, contains the Thomas Mann Collection.
