Description

Located in the former palace of the Counts of Azurara (17C), this museum chronicles daily life in Lisbon in the 17C and 18C through a series of small, intimate rooms decorated with azulejos and frescoes. The rooms have Portuguese and Indo-Portuguese furniture, collections of silverware, Chinese porcelain and several tapestries from the 16C and 18C. Temporary exhibition room and cafeteria with an inviting patio.
