Useful information

Description

A sumptuous building in the purest American neo-Classical style, with a red, black and gold interior decor. Built in 1932 as a car showroom for Wolseley Motors, the building was bought by Barclays Bank and transformed under the direction of the architect William Curtis-Green (1875-1960). Today it is home to The Wolseley, a chic and trendy restaurant and tearoom.
