Description
This artificial island, created in 1959 and enlarged in 1967, contains a Formula One racetrack, a pleasant lake and beach, and a superb floral garden designed for the International Floralies of 1980. The Expo '67 French pavilion now houses the Casino de Montréal (Montreal Casino).
